By using navakruti.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
02About Navakruti
Navakruti is a handmade décor and craft brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We sell Lippan Art, Mandala Art, Ready Rangoli and Crochet products, and we also take customised orders.
03Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to order on your behalf.
04Products & Handmade Variations
Every Navakruti product is handmade. Small differences in colour, design, size, texture or finish are natural and are part of the craft. They are not defects.
Product photos are taken in natural or studio light, so colours may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes and materials are described on each product page. Please read them before ordering.
05Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The total, including any shipping charge, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may correct a pricing or listing error. If this affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and either honour the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.
06Orders & Payments
- An order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully received.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- We may cancel an order because of product unavailability, a pricing error or a technical issue. In that case you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
07Customised Orders
We are happy to create custom pieces. Because each one is made specially for you, these rules apply:
- Payment in advance: the full amount must be paid before we start work.
- Details confirmed first: we will agree the design, size, colours and timeline with you before you pay. Please check these carefully.
- No cancellation: once a custom order is accepted and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
- No returns: custom items cannot be returned, except for damage in transit or a wrong item, as set out in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
- Timelines: completion and delivery times are estimates and may vary with the complexity of the work.
08Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver only within India. Free shipping applies above a minimum order value, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary because of courier services, weather, location or other factors outside our control.
09Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handmade or made to order, most items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
10Care of Your Product
To keep your piece looking its best, keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Any special care instructions on a product page apply to that product.
11Intellectual Property
All images, designs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Navakruti and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, edit or use them, including for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
12Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to hack it, interfere with its working, submit false information or use it for any unlawful purpose.
13Limitation of Liability
We take great care with every piece and every order. To the extent permitted by law, Navakruti is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
14Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other services such as Instagram or WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Using the website after that means you accept the changes.
16Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

If you have a question or complaint about your order or this website, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
