1. Share your idea
Send us a reference photo or sketch of what you would like, on WhatsApp or by email. Tell us the size, colours and occasion you have in mind.

2. We confirm the details
We reply with the design, size, colours, timeline and price. Please read them carefully. We agree everything with you before you pay, and nothing is started until you say yes.
3. Pay in advance
Once you are happy with the details, the full amount is paid in advance. Your order is confirmed after your payment is received, and then we begin.
4. We handcraft it
Your piece is made by hand with care. The completion time is the one we agreed with you. It is an estimate and can vary with the complexity of the work.
5. Packed and delivered
We pack your piece securely and ship it anywhere in India. Tracking details are shared once it is dispatched. Please record a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. It helps if anything needs to be reported.

What can I order?
We make lippan art, mandala art, ready rangoli and crochet pieces. Tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know if we can make it.
How long will it take?
It depends on the design and size. We agree the timeline with you before you pay. Timelines are estimates and may vary with the complexity of the work.
Can I change or cancel after paying?
No. Once a custom order is accepted and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. That is why we confirm every detail with you first.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
Every piece is handmade, so small differences in colour, size or finish are natural and are part of the craft. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and, if you can, a short unboxing video. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within India.
